Our system works on delivering to individual apartments/households, where each user is associated with a unique apartment, block and door number. For this reason, we do not allow multiple registrations and each apartment user can have one registration only. We have specific day/s of delivery for different areas based on zip code. To find the delivery day of your area please enter the zip code in the left top corner window, so your area delivery day can be displayed. If you have placed your order within our stipulated order time, you should receive your order as per the schedules displayed. You can also see the cutoff in the footer section.
At IbOrganic, we are committed towards conservation of nature. We use eco-friendly packing materials to pack individual items and for shipping we use reusable plastic crates(these last for many years and are recyclable).
Every fruit and vegetable will vary slightly in size and weight. While you shop, all our prices are shown based on standard measures such as kilogram. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item as per the order placed to determine the final price. However this could vary by +/-5% at maximum. Therefore if you have ordered an item for 1kilo but due to its type (such as cabbage/papaya), it may sometimes weigh either 950/1050grams. Based on whether the weight is higher/lower, any additional amount will be charged or reduced accordingly.
You can change the delivery address anytime. Once it is changed please let us know by sending a message to support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The minimum order value is INR350. It is required that you place items for this minimum order value before you check out.
Based on prior intimation communicated by you, if there is no one in the house to receive orders, we will deliver your order to a different flat in the same apartment as per your request. It is mandatory that you let us know this information before 9 AM on the day of delivery. Delivering to a different address outside your area is not possible.
Cut off time is the time after which your order gets processed for delivery. Since we work on a system where the fruits/vegetables/greens are specifically harvested based on the orders, any modification after the cut-off time or cancellation of the order is not possible.

NO, It is not possible to modify your order after you placed it, You can cancel the order & place a new order. However, if you want to cancel the order you can do it before the cut-off time.

To cancel your orders, Go to > My Orders section where you can see your current orders. Click on the orders you wish to cancel and you will find an option to cancel the order. You can cancel the order before the cut-off time. Orders are not allowed for cancellation after the stipulated cut-off time.
At IbOrganic, we ensure quality products and all items go through thorough quality checks. Once you receive your produce, for any reason if you are not satisfied with the quality or find any damage/defects, please raise a return request.
To raise a return request, Go to > My orders page, Select the recently delivered box -> Select the item which you want to return. Here, you will be able to find a Report Damage section where you are given the option to upload an image of the damaged item along with your comments. Following further review from our backend team, you will be given an option to either get the same item in your next order for free as compensation or a refund amount which will credited to your wallet.
Note: Report damage option will be available for 3 hours from the time of delivery, after which claims for the return are not possible.
Upon confirmation of the return from the IbOrganic team, a refund will be initiated and the amount will be credited to your wallet within 3 working days.
My Account section is your personal profile that contains your details and will allow you to view and update your personal information like Name, Profile picture, and contact details.
My orders section contains details such as your complete order history along with the status against that order such as Delivered/Cancelled/Returned/Refunded.

IbOrganic website/apps uses Razorpay as payment gateway. Razorpay is PCI DSS Compliant and Certified, which means that any data which the end user enters into their platform is secured and safe.
IbOganic not required to be PCI DSS Complaint as the online payment process is actually happening on Razorpay’s platform. If you see the features and characteristics displayed by Razorpay, it no doubt makes them one of the most effective and efficient players of the online payment gateway in India.
The ibOrganic Wallet is a prepaid credit account that is associated with your ibOrganic account. This prepaid account allows you to top-up your account with a lump sum as per the plans displayed and works similar to any other e-wallet. This helps you add an amount once and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time and this also comes with amazing cashback,Please check add “money option”.
We currently do not have a Cash on Delivery option.
Users do not have an option to transfer any money in the wallet to the bank account. However in cases where the user wants to terminate his/her account due to relocation, non-usage etc..you can reach out to our customer support team and raise a request for the same. It will take a minimum of 3 working days to process the same.
There is no expiration date for wallet amount.
We do not allow direct payments and all payments must be made through ‘My Wallet’. This built -in wallet which is very efficient and user friendly, where the user simply loads his/her money into the wallet and makes payment using the amount in the wallet.
Yes, This can happen multiple cases like.
Case 1: While packing your order there are chances of increase/decrease in order total value due to products like cabbage, papaya, watermelon, yam etc are weighed based on actual weight and billed according to that. For example if you have placed an order worth of Rs 500, While packing it turned out to be Rs 520, So this extra Rs.20 will be deducted from the wallet by the admin by notifying you via SMS message.
Case 2: Incase if you return any item due to various reasons the item worth will be returned to your wallet and you will be notified by SMS message.
